The Processing Coordinator/Manager plays a key role in the organization as support to the Regenerative Production Farm Initiative Director to organize, manage and navigate day-to-day activities pertaining to poultry and food processing. This position will be tasked with managing logistics, planning, compliance and future growth of the poultry processing plant and value-added processing through the commercial kitchen.

This position will report directly to the Farm Initiative Director in coordinating smooth operation of the poultry processing plant and assist the Food Hub Initiative in logistic and compliance coordination generally pertaining to operations, food safety, documentation and implementation of processing goals at Makoce Agriculture Development.
